Q. I’m having trouble printing out some of the pdf forms available on the site. How can I get them to print?
A. If you are having difficulty printing any of the pdf forms from this site, you may need to download Acrobat Reader. We've provided a link to this FREE software for your convenience. Just look for the "Get Acrobat Reader" button at the bottom of any section's offer page. Click the button, and follow the instructions provided on the Adobe site and you should be printing in no time.

Q. How can I get BONUS Certificates to my favorite restaurants?
A. Earning BONUS Certificates to one of our participating restaurants is simple. Go to the Dining Connection page found on this site and follow the restaurant certificate ordering instructions to order your choice of restaurant certificates. Then, download and print the BONUS Certificate Request Form as well as the Bonus Certificate Worksheet to help you keep track of your certificate orders. Once you’ve purchased a total of $50 or more in certificates, fill out the BONUS Certificate Request Form as instructed to order a BONUS Certificate in the same category. Q. How do I claim my cash-back rewards?
A. To take advantage of any of the cash-back rewards available with your Home Play subscription, simply open the page of the cash-back reward you want, select the printer friendly version, and print out the page as instructed. Typically information such as your name, address, city, state, and zip code along with your subscription number and proof of purchase are required. See each rebate request form for any unique requirements.
